Prof. Rangone invited to speak at the University of Pennsylvania

La prof. Nicoletta Rangone, Jean Monnet Chair, è stata invitata presso l’University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School nell’ambito della conferenza inaugurale dell’International Association on Regulation & Governance, “Regulatory Governance in a Changing World”, che avrà luogo il 17-18 giugno a Philadelphia.

La professoressa interverrà nella prima sessione plenaria dal tema “Global Perspective on Regulation and Technology”, condivisa con altri tre professori provenienti dal Nord America (Susan Silbey, Massachusetts Institute of Technology), dall’Asia (Yong Lim, Seoul National University) e dall’Africa (Kwaku Antwi, Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration).

La conferenza riunisce i maggiori studiosi e professionisti nel campo della regolazione, con il fine di stimolare un dialogo interdisciplinare e globale.

L’evento è ospitato dal rinomato Penn Program on Regulation, diretto dal prof. Cary Coglianese, Edward B. Shils Professor of Law and professor of political science at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, e prevede la partecipazione, tra gli altri, di Stephen Gibson, Chair, U.K. Regulatory Policy Committee e  Richard Revesz, Administrator, U.S. Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs.


Nicoletta Rangone, Jean Monnet Chair, has been invited to the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School as part of the inaugural conference of the International Association on Regulation & Governance, ‘Regulatory Governance in a Changing World’, which will take place on 17-18 June in Philadelphia.

The professor will speak in the first plenary session with the theme ‘Global Perspective on Regulation and Technology’, shared with three other professors from North America (Susan Silbey, Massachusetts Institute of Technology), Asia (Yong Lim, Seoul National University) and Africa (Kwaku Antwi, Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration).

The conference brings together leading scholars and practitioners in the field of regulation to stimulate an interdisciplinary and global dialogue.

The event is hosted by the renowned Penn Program on Regulation, directed by Prof. Cary Coglianese, Edward B. Shils Professor of Law and professor of political science at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and features, among others, Stephen Gibson, Chair, U.K. Regulatory Policy Committee and Richard Revesz, Administrator, U.S. Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs.
