Il prossimo 10 Dicembre 2025, alle ore 16:00 (ora dell’Europa Centrale), avrà luogo in forma ibrida, la presentazione del libro “The EU Artificial Intelligence Act and the Public Sector – Humans and AI Systems in Public Administration in the light of the European Regulation on Artificial Intelligence of 2024” a cura di Juli Ponce e Agustí Cerrillo-i-Martínez, pubblicato dall’European Public Law Organisation (EPLO).
L’evento sarà introdotto e presentato da Juli Ponce e Agustí Cerrillo, per poi focalizzarsi su un dialogo accademico transatlantico sull’intelligenza artificiale e la regolazione. In particolare, l’approfondimento internazionale sarà affidato da:
Cary Coglianese (Professore Edward B. Schils di Diritto, Scienze Politiche e Direttore del Penn Program on Regulation dell’Università della Pennsylvenia, e autore della prefazione del libro)
Nicoletta Rangone (Professoressa Ordinaria di Diritto Amministrativo, Direttrice del Jean Monnet Centre on Sustainable Artificial Intelligence for Regulation presso la LUMSA di Roma, Autrice e Associate Research Fellow dell’Institute of Advanced Legal Studies).

On 10 December 2025, at 4 pm (Central European Time), the book “The EU Artificial Intelligence Act and the Public Sector – Humans and AI Systems in Public Administration in the light of the European Regulation on Artificial Intelligence of 2024” edited by Juli Ponce and Agustí Cerrillo-i-Martínez, published by the European Public Law Organisation (EPLO), will be presented in hybrid format.
Juli Ponce and Agustí Cerrillo will introduce the event, which will be followed by a transatlantic academic dialogue on artificial intelligence and regulation. In particular, the international discussion will be led by:
- Cary Coglianese (Edward B. Schils Professor of Law, Professor of Political Science and Director of Penn Program on Regulation, University of Pennsylvania and author of the Foreword).
- Nicoletta Rangone (Full Professor of Administrative Law, Director of the Jean Monnet Centre on Sustainable Artificial Intelligence for Regulation at LUMSA in Roma, Author and Associate Research Fellow at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies).
