"Reinforcing trust through better regulatory delivery" on March 15th from 13:30 to 16:30 (CET).

Trust is essential to ensure the legitimacy of public administration and governments, the proper functioning of a democratic system, and keep society and the economy  functioning. Conversely, distrust can not only harm these, but launch a circle of increasing distrust and failed responses that only worsen the situation further.

The webinar will open with several presentations from internationally renowned academics, regulators, and practitioners, then have a more interacting part on trust and language before ending with a third set of presentations. It will include discussions on challenges, solutions, approaches aimed at addressing the evolving role of regulators in the future and prepare the ground for restoring confidence through better regulatory delivery.

This webinar is to be intended as first of a series of five events, which will be jointly organised in cooperation with the International Network for Delivery of Regulation (INDR) and will offer some in-depth workshops and a last one on best practices in regulatory delivery.
