"Lo scorso anno ho frequentato il corso di Amministrazione e qualità della regolazione e ancora oggi consiglio vivamente di includerlo nel piano di studi, anche per coloro che provengono da corsi di laurea di differente orientamento. Credo che le materie trattate possano essere utili non solo a livello professionale ed accademico, ma anche per ampliare i propri orizzonti e svolgere un ruolo attivo nella cittadinanza. La metodologia del corso, che prevede un mix di lezioni teoriche interattive e laboratori, permette di acquisire competenze trasversali con facilità. Grazie al corso ho appreso come applicare strumenti di qualità della regolazione, partecipazione ai processi decisionali, come le consultazioni pubbliche, tecniche di drafting e concetti legati al diritto di accesso. Consiglio vivamente a tutti e tutte di prendere parte a questo corso, che offre opportunità uniche di interazione non solo con il corpo docente e i tutor, ma anche con gli altri studenti. Durante il corso ho avuto l'opportunità di partecipare a laboratori stimolanti e lezioni, che sono state sia informative che coinvolgenti, godendo di interazioni stimolanti con i miei colleghi".

"Last year I attended the course in Administration and Better Regulation and to this day I highly recommend including it in the study plan, even for those coming from different academic backgrounds. I believe that the subjects covered can be useful not only professionally and academically, but also for broadening one's horizons and engaging in active citizenship. The course's methodology, which includes a combination of interactive theoretical lectures and workshops, allows for the easy acquisition of versatile skills. Thanks to the course, I learned how to apply regulatory quality tools, participate in decision-making processes such as public consultations, drafting techniques, and understand concepts related to the right of access. "The better regulation course gave me the tools to analyze and evaluate how to best regulate. These tools certainly helped me during my internship at the Italian Antitrust Authority.
Moreover, the international environment of the course and group work allowed me to get involved together with students from the most varied backgrounds.
The notions learned during the course helped me a lot with more technical issues such as TUSPPs (communications from PA) that my supervisor made me fill out, especially with regard to the prerequisites imposed on the PA. Being able to see in practice how the principles of economy and efficiency should be interpreted in real and concrete contexts was priceless!"

"Il corso di better regulation mi ha fornito gli strumenti per analizzare e valutare come regolare al meglio. Questi strumenti mi hanno sicuramente aiutato durante il mio stage presso l'Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato.
